Statutory Review
This service
is a thorough check on the company’s compliance
with the law since its incorporation. We check the
statutory registers, the file documentation and the
records at Companies House. We then bring all the
records up to date. £250+VAT (corrections charged
separately).
Nominee Shareholder
We act as a
nominee shareholder. Click here for details.
Power of Attorney
We prepare a
power of attorney authorising a named individual to
act on the company’s behalf for most purposes, or
the purposes you choose. £50+VAT.
Allotments / Transfer of Shares
We:

check and file the necessary returns.
£35+VAT (stamp duty not
included) . A discounted rate of £25+VAT

£70+VAT and stamp duty is available for

Appointments / Resignation of
Directors

Removal of Directors

Elective Regime
Companies can
reduce their administration by adopting "elective
resolutions". For example, these exempt the company
from having annual general meetings, and can exempt
most small companies from having their accounts
